I purchased my second 1000plus and had a very minor (maybe even petty) issue. The green RX indicator on the handheld mic would not illuminate while receiving traffic. Contacted two-way and they sent out a replacement free of charge the very same day. GREAT customer support.

I pirchesrd the wouxun kg1000plus and recd in sbout 3 weeks. After tunnung and tunning and tunning i got the radio at 1:21 swr and 48 watts of power. I had i thought a transmit issue. Sent back and it was operator error. The staff went out of thier way to help. Great company to do business with. Rick
