Icom IC-A25C VHF Air Band Handheld Radio

Take your communications to the skies with the Icom IC-A25C Air Band Radio! With high 6W PEP RF output power, the A25C expands your radio coverage to enhance operations and increase safety in your aircraft!

The A25C is equipped with a large flat keypad that is well-labeled for easy operation and a large 2.3 inch high visibility backlit LCD display for quick and easy reading. The display has a night mode option so you can operate it while flying at night.

The IC-A25C features 300 memory channels and 15 groups, weather channels and a dedicated 121.5MHz emergency key. The "flip-flop” Channel Recall allows you to store the last 10 channels used and recall them easily by using the channel knob on top of the radio or the directional keys on the keypad. The side tone feature lets you hear your own voice through an external aviation headset.

The Icom A25C airband radio also uses the Auto Noise Limiter (ANL) found on previous models for noise reduction. Other features include Priority Watch, VFO scan, memory-channel scan, time out timer and low battery indicator. It can be powered with the included 2350mAh Lithium-ion battery pack, 6 AA alkaline batteries (battery case not included) or through an external DC port that can be used to both charge the radio and provide external DC power.
